Fr. Shinto Joseph Kannukettiyil CMI is a Catholic priest and educator with experience in teaching, institutional leadership, and financial administration. He currently serves as Executive Director of Santhigiri Institute of Management and Finance Administrator of Santhigiri College of Computer Sciences.

His academic career includes service as Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha, from 2017 to 2020. During this period, he also served as Rector of St. Peter’s Minor Seminary, Vazhakulam. He was Principal of Girijyothi College, Cheruthoni, Idukki, from 2020 to 2023, and subsequently served as Finance Administrator and Vice-Principal of Santhigiri College of Computer Sciences from 2023 to 2026.

Fr. Shinto holds an M.Phil. and an M.Com. from Madras Christian College, Chennai, and an MBA in Finance from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. His qualifications also include degrees in philosophy and theology and a postgraduate diploma in computer applications. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab.
His research contributions include a publication in the International Journal of Management Research and Social Science. He also presented a paper titled “Escapism in the Digital World: Examining its Impact on Consumer Behavior” at Questa 2025, an international conference at Santhigiri Institute of Management.
Bringing together his experience in management education, academic administration, and religious formation, Fr. Shinto seeks to encourage academic excellence, responsible leadership, and the holistic development of students.

Dr. Jins George completed his Ph.D from MKU in the area of Human resource management, he is an MBA holder with specializations in HR and Marketing from De Paul Institute of Science and Technology, MSW from Bharathiar University and qualified NET. He has more than 10 years of experience in teaching and industry. Prior to joining Santhigiri Jins has served many prestigious educational institutions as an academician. He delivers expert talk and trainings on diverse management topics to the students of different educational institutions. He is also an entrepreneur who started Altro- Academic learning training & research organisation which is catering different services to Indian education sector.

He has taught courses like Business Law, Management Information System, Advanced Strategic Management, International Business, Human Resource Management, Management of Training and Development, Environment and Business etc. He has proven his expertise in research field with valuable publications in national and international journals. He has presented papers in many research related conferences in and across India. His area of interest is in research, teaching and training.

A post-graduate in Business (MBA) and a graduate in Mathematics (B.Sc.), she teaches in the domain of Human Resource Management. She has presented papers in HR in national and international conferences. She is awarded with her doctorate in management studies, in the stream of Human Resource Management. 

She has many publications to her credit in National/International Journals of repute. Dr. Sonia Elizebeth Thomas is an academic professional with more than 13 years of teaching and
research experience all through PG level. Her interest areas include HR, Quantitative Techniques and Operations Research.

Fr. Dr. Jibu Pullattu is an academic professional with more than Four years of teaching experience in the field of management education. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, with a research focus in the area of Digital Leadership. He completed his M.Phil. In Finance, specializing in Behavioural Finance, from Christ (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specializations in Human Resource Management and Finance from Kristu Jayanti Autonomous College, Bengaluru, affiliated with Bengaluru University. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy.

Fr. Dr. Jibu has taught a range of management subjects, including Management Concepts and Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management electives, Business Research Methodology, Business Ethics, and Marketing electives. His academic and research interests include Human Resource Management, behavioural finance, organizational behaviour, & digital transformation. He has presented research papers at various academic forums and has contributed research articles to national and international journals. He is also an author of three books, one of his notable works focuses on the theme of “Leading the Digital Mindset,” exploring the importance of developing a digital mindset and empowering individuals to lead and adapt to digital change.

Dr. Nelson Mathew is a committed academician at Santhigiri Institute of Management, bringing over 15 years of rich experience in postgraduate teaching and research, along with 4.5 years of corporate exposure in leading insurance companies, where he served as a Branch Trainer and Assistant Training Manager. He holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Behavioral Finance from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore.

His core areas of expertise include Marketing, Behavioral Finance, rural Marketing, Brand Management, and Stock Market Analysis. He is an active investor and trader in the stock market, continuously expanding practical understanding of financial markets.

In addition to his academic contributions, he is a passionate soft skills trainer who actively mentor’s students in group discussions and interview preparation. He also plays a pivotal role in student placements by maintaining strong industry connections and continuous engagement with HR managers and corporate professionals, ensuring better career opportunities for students. Outside of academics and finance, he has a keen interest in sports and enjoys playing table tennis, tennis, athletics and cricket.

Ms. Rosmin Sunny holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce with a specialization in Finance & Taxation, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). With over two years of teaching experience, she has taught a wide range of subjects including Finance Electives, Accounting for Management, Financial Management, and Management Information Systems.

She has actively contributed to academic research, presenting multiple papers at both national and international conferences. Her teaching methodology blends theoretical concepts with practical applications, aiming to enhance student understanding and engagement in the field of finance and management.

Ms. Liza Jose is a passionate academician with over 18 years of cross-functional expertise.She brings an exceptional blend of financial industry experience and communication training to the classroom. She leverages practical case studies, real-world insights, and experiential learning to make financial concepts relatable and communication training impactful. Their teaching philosophy centres on building industry-aligned competencies in students through interactive, inclusive, and applied methods. Her banking experience includes deep engagement in retail and corporate banking, credit analysis, forex management and regulatory compliance.

She has also contributed significantly in mutual fund accounting through roles involving NAV calculations, fund reporting, and compliance operations. Additionally, as a certified communication skills trainer, she has empowered professionals through business communication, soft skills coaching, and intercultural training.
